Stephen King dominated the Fiction Top 10 with 3 entries among titles by Hemingway, Fitzgerald, McCarthy, Koontz, Rand and Howard. The nonfiction list was populated by the mix of Warhol, the Bible, Jimmy Page, and Edward Lear with Picasso and George Harrison thrown in.



Tolkien held 2 places on the Antiquarian and Collectible list. The other spots were held by titles dating from 1476 to 1790.

The 1929 signed limited edition in very good condition sold as a Best Offer for $5,800. The 1929 signed limited edition is #9 of 510 copies. "The book WAS published originally in a rather cheaply made oddly decorated orange-patterned cardboard slipcase," removed due to damage. It was sold in a "custom-made leather clamshell box."

The seller began the auction text with these words, "Before reading any further please scroll down to the postage costs - I do not want any arguments about this after the auction...." The book was a UK hardcover with a very fine dust jacket.
