Despite my best efforts to prevent this from happening, the originally-conceived-to-be-short newsletter ran somewhat long this week, so I'm going to keep this short. Part II of "Why Bookselling Isn't Working for You" appears today, and this is one instance when I hope "you" doesn't comprise a big audience - that is, it'd be much better if bookselling was working for you and everybody could just ignore what I have to say.

Also, there's something new at BookThink. Or will be soon. BookThink's 50/50, a bookselling market report scheduled to be published every other month, will be launched in January. More details in the second article.

Finally, if you haven't stopped by our forum recently, participation is at an all-time high, and, as always, there are many interesting discussions that could well kick up your bookselling IQ to heights unknown. See you there!
